Q: I make a decent salary but cant even afford a motgage over $180 000 on my own. Am I suppose to rent the rest of my life? Btw, the Oil and Gas boom has been super slow for the past 2 years....I know, I work in it. Its construction right now. Just look at all the cranes downtown and over by the Stampede!
A: My feeling is, not anytime soon. Canada is on a roll.
