Q: We were in Calgary Tower this year during the Calgary stampede, while we were there a cowboy came up the elevator with his horse, can anyone tell me about who the cowboy is and what his story is.
A: The cowboy is Dave Cowley from the Rafter Six Ranch. Every year he takes his horse up to the top of the tower. It is something to see isn't it? I believe he's been doing it for 6-7 years now. He just wants to introduce tourists to horses. Show them what great pets horses are. It's fun too. *grin*
