Q: how old do you have to be to work as a sales associate
A: As someone who employs young people I often have to deal with the laws on this. You can be employed at the age of 15 however there are some rules. The rules change for different industries but for a "sales associate" They are: -You can not work between the hours of 12am and 6am. -You can not work without someone over the age of 18 between 9pm and 12am -You can not work during school hours under the age of 16 Other wise your fine unless the company you work for has a policy not to hire under 16 because there is so many rules.
