Q: Do you prefer the view of the Rockies in Canada at Banff and Jasper Park or that of the Rockies in United States at Colorado?
A: That's a tough one. Depends on what you prefer. Canada has spectacular places to see and great hikes. So does Colorado. However, Colorado has more people. Both B.C. and Alberta have great mountain ranges for one to explore and see. Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Washington, and Oregon have beautiful mountains as well. In Montana, you have Glacier National Park and Yellowstone National Park. In Wyoming, there is Yellowstone too - plus the Jackson Hole area, which is equally as spectacular. Then Washington's coastlines with Mt. Rainier and other great views. Oregon with Mt. Hood and it's National Parks. Idaho is beautiful too. There all a little different and wonderful to see. However, my personal favorite out of all of them - Jasper National Park in Alberta. It is one of the last places that hasn't been ruined my tourism. It is very beautiful there with many green/dark blue lake waters. It's truly a beautiful place.
