A: Calgary is a really neat place. It's easy to get around because it's flat and spread out. Calagary is just east of the Rocky Mountain foothills. It is home to the World famous Calgary Rodeo, and the people there take their rodeo seriously! But there's lots to do when the rodeo has packed it up and gone away. They have great theatre there, night clubs, and all that sort of thing, plus lots of outdoor activities, including boating and sailing on the reservoir. In the winter, there's great skiing, cross country skiing and snowmobiling. As well as awesome apres ski. Calgary also hosts one of Canada's largest Oktoberfests - so there's a good reason to go at any time of year.
