A: Take 30,000 students from the university of Alberta, add youthful immaturity, mix with lots of bars and alcohol, fire up with excitement and voila...out of control behaviour by a very few that have low impulse control. p.s. most students do not indulge in this bahaviour. It really is a small group of them.
