My family and I are planning a trip out West, what should we do when we stop in Edmonton?

A: One guy said go see a hockey game?? Are you clueless, hockey season was over three weeks ago. It's the dead of summer. Klondike Days is taking place in Edmonton in two weeks. It's a big fair, with trade shows, rides, food, and chuckwagon races at night. There is West Edmonton Mall, but that gets very boring after a while. If you want a true western experience, then drive out to Jasper and then south to Banff. Experience the Rockies, it's something that will just blow your mind. It's absolutely beautiful. To be honest, there is little to do in Edmonton. That's why so many people call it Deadmonton
