Q: it's -25 and the thing says "feels like -40" and theres a wind chill warning. is there any chance what so ever that there will be a snow day? its snowing like crazy! not once have i had a snow day in canada and im in grade 8. how cold does it usually have to be in edmonton for a snow day?
