Travelling to Halifax, Canada this summer. Any info about weather in July and places of interest?

Q:

A: Weather in July is good - it never really gets too hot in NS - just nice and comfortable. July should be OK for rain too - but we are on the coast and the weather changes every 5 minutes! There's lots to see and do in Halifax and surroundings - someone already mentioned the NS website. The Harbourfront is great to walk along, the Citadel is interesting too, go on the Harbour Hopper (an amphibious tour of the city and the Harbour), visit Alexander Keith's brewery and do the tour - always a favourite of people who visit us. Outside of town day trips, there's Peggy's Cove (a nice little village with the most photographed lighthouse in the world) the Annapolis Valley and whale watching in Digby (also excellent scallops!) I would suggest if you have the time to go to Cape Breton and see the Cabot Trail, also the Fundy Shore - they are more than a day trip but worth seeing. Hope you enjoy your time in our City.
