Q: Will I be able to find work in bars/restaurants/labor/factory/anything? I have a working visa and am just curious as to the employment situation this time of year. Is there a better place to find work?
A: There's all kinds of work in Halifax. Try workopolis.com or careerbeacon.com and they have loads of jobs on there. Or just visit any numerous amounts of websites for Nova Scotia that have all kinds of jobs listed.
