A: I moved to Halifax in the Summer of 1955. I stayed at the YMCA opposite the Park and everyone was friendly. I was a partially qualified CA (a student) and I walked down the street and saw "Price Waterhouse" on the window at the Maritime Life Building. I walked in and they hired me - it was that easy. I loved Living in Halifax - a fine Protestant City.
