A: You can check out this site to look at real estate listings in Nova Scotia. http://www.mls.ca/map.aspx?AreaID=6315 But in Halifax, on the peninsula, you are looking at the $250,000 - 300,000 range as an average cost. Off the peninsula, but still in the metro area, prices go down. Outside the Halifax area, they go down even more.
