A: Atlantic Maritime Ecozone includes Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and the majority of the Gaspe Peninsula, all the way down to the city of Sherbrooke, Quebec. Boreal Shield Ecozone includes Newfoundland and Labrador, most of Quebec (north of the St Lawrence), and continues stretching west across the north and central Ontario, the northern parts of the prairie provinces, and into the mountains of northern Alberta. Ferries between the zones include: Quebec City - Levis Matane - Baie Comeau - Godbout Riviere du Loup - Saint Simeon Port Aux Basques (NF) - North Sydney (NS) Argentia (NF) - North Sydney (NS)
