A: They're called Buskers, and they're some time in August. August 7-17 to be exact. http://www.buskers.ca/ Enjoy! Although, they're nothing like Disneyworld. You'll be disappointed if you're expecting that. There isnt really a "funfair" like that anywhere near Halifax. If you have a chance to come to Toronto, you can find them-- like Canada's Wonderland, or the CNE (in August).
