A: Montreal's Chinatown is quite small, alas! Get your Peking Duck (as we do) from one of the food markets. Unfortunately the Chinese restaurant scene in Montreal is limited for such a famous city for food, and other than sushi places many of the Asian restaurants - if you do not demand, DEMAND, authenticity - will cook the food for the Quebecois taste, which generally means mostly leaving firey spices out and putting sugar in.
