A: Verdun is not in downtown Montreal. As posted above, the best bus route is # 211. It probably takes about 1 hour. This bus leaves from Lionel-Groulx Metro station, which is also not downtown. Lionel-Groulx is about ten minutes or less from any of the downtwon Metro stations, and about ten minutes from the Verdun Metro station. Another option is to take the Metro to Lucien-L'Allier station or Vendome station and catch the surface rail train to Ste.-Anne-de-Bellevue. The surface rail train takes about 40 to 45 minutes.
