Q: please give me some credit! i'll be travelling to montreal in jan & feb to play hockey ,it would be nice to go for the odd slide
A: Closest is Mont-Bruno, half an hour by car, kind of a baby hill, there might actually be public transport to it. Up north you have St-Sauveur and around there, little over an hour, lots of arranged-bus-situations. Somewhat bigger than Bruno but known more for night-life than serious skiing/boarding. Mont Tremblant and Mount Sutton are better but might take a couple hours. Again there ought to be bus arrangements to be made.
