A: Are you kidding?? There are loads of concerts in Montreal. You got the Jazz Festival with hundreds of concerts in downtown Montreal, which is really a huge deal. There are also lots of big names like The Police, Air, Daft Punk and others, but you really should check out the local scene in small bars like the Zoobizarre and the Cafe Campus. Check out admission.com for concerts. And, last but certainly not least, there's the fabulous OSHEAGA festival sept. 8 and 9 which brings about 50 really mad cool bands to the St-Helene Island for a week end filled with indie rock, cool bands and a rocking good time. To date, the linup includes The Smashing Pumpkins, Placedo, Peter Bjorn and John, Paulo Nutini, Stars, Amy Winehouse and others. Its really a great festival with lots to see. Well worth the trip and money! Have a rockin' good summer!
