Q: i want to tryout to be store model for like deb, abercrombie, rainbow, rue 21,bonton things like that ... how would i do it?
A: First you need to get a portfolio of professional photo's done. This is very expensive, but a must. The contact agencies to try to get an appointment for them to go through them with you. There are many, but most are in Toronto. Here are links to a few. I know someone who is with the first one. They find auditions for you to go to and you pay them a finders fee. There is usually a lot of travel and a lot of expense which is down to you unless you make it big. I take it you have already been to modeling school? Without it you will be lucky to get much or to even be taken on by an agency as it's a lot more than just looks. http://www.newfaces.com/advice-elite-models.html http://www.fashionincubator.com/resources/promoting_your_line/model-agencies-canada.shtml http://www.fashiongates.com/modelingagencies/directory/city/Toronto-modeling-agencies.html http://www.sutherlandmodels.com/ http://www.fordmodels.com/main.cfm
