Q: well I posted this question already. but i forgot to mention i wouldnt like to get it done at a tattoo shop. I perfer salons and places like that. && approx. how much does it cost?
A: salons? You aren't going to find a piercing place in a salon. Tattoo shops are by far the most cleanly and certified places to get any kind of piercing. They don't use piercing guns, which are dangerous. Seriously, your best bet is by far a tattoo shop. I can't even think of any other place that does it, let alone as safely.
