A: Just to be clear about this. UK citizens can VISIT Canada for up to six months at a time . BUT you can't work in Canada, at any job, with out having FIRST applied for and received a Work Permit from the Government of Canada, BEFORE you actually arrive in Canada. Jim B. Toronto.
