A: Oh gosh - I'd only give it 10 percent at most!! :) I like to 'tease' people from The States when they ask me where in Canada I am, and I say, "the capital". There's usually a big pause, or if online, - another question, naturally - usually apologetic, but "Which is that again"? lol. At least they ask, and don't assume, well - Most of the time that I'm from Toronto.:) Ottawa rocks! :)
