A: You could do Cabot Tower at the top of Signal Hill where Marconi received the first transatlantic message over a hundred years ago. Visit The Rooms. This is a museum/art gallery/archives building located on the corner of Bonaventure Avenue and Military Road, at the top of Garrison Hill. You could also visit Cape Spear, North America's most easterly point that has a historic lighthouse. A little tip... don't use City Wide Taxi(orange colored taxis), they are famous for overcharging their customers. Use Jiffy Cabs or Co-op. Enjoy your visit!!
