Q: I've been looking for 3 months and I've finally found something on warrender ave. Wondering if anyone knows if this area is good to live in with a child? I am trying to stay as far away from the ghetto as possible. lol thanks in advance for your help.
A: Average. I had a friend who lived a block from there and I was never scared but then again I'm also a guy. In two years nothing ever happened to my car when I parked there nor did my friend ever tell me anything that would make me think it was a bad area. There was a confrontation with some punks outside of a convenience store once but that was it. The buildings are area is older so obviously less expensive and thus that brings in some bad elements but it isn't a ghetto. In that price category it is a good choice.
