A: I think the closest station to get off at would be Osgoode Station (on the yellow line). That's on University Ave.. From there, you would walk to Queen St., take a right there (so you're heading in the opposite direction of where the Eaton's Centre is), and then keep going until you hit John St.. Then walk down to the corner of John and Richmond, and you'll be there. You can't miss it.
