Q: I live in USA in a Residencial Community Apartment in the suburb, it is not a building apartments, neither a house. I am looking to move in near Toronto, but any time a google an "apartment" the result shows low/hight rise apt in a building. How can search for a familiar community complex apartment in Toronto area (like Mississagua)? ...should I searching for Houses?? ...I'd saw many basement apartments offers: it is legal to live in a basement?, it's is comfortable for a family of 4? ...it's a Condo what I should look for? Please help me out! I'll appreciate any apartment's link or shared experience. BTW, I hate have to do my laundry out of my home, and I do not have my own washer/dryer machine... any recommendations
A: you may want to search "townhouses" which are a nice compromise between apartments and houses. usually linked together with communal park or pool facilities. usually they have laundry facilities in each unit/townhouse.
