A: The best outlet is Orfus Road-- Near Yorkdale Mall They have Urban Behaviour, Costa Blanca, Stitches, Sirens, Roots, Bluenotes... Not usually stores I shop at but the outlet deals are worth the hunt I often get dresses for $5 tanks for $2.50..
