A: local papers sometimes have advertising for jobs posted in them (at least i remember seeing them when i was that age) why not have him write up a functional resume and submit it (assuming you can find an address or website)? the ontario government has a 'skill building' pamphlet that lists good buzzterms to use for what interests and social abilities people with little work experience have.
