Q: How is the neighborhood to live there
A: Yes, I live in Vernon & know Teal Drive. It's in a very nice area between Okanagan Landing Rd and Okanagan Ave. (Not too far from Okanagan Lake) I think the homes are around 5-10yrs old. There's a new elementary school nearby & a newer high school. Of course there's a nice view from pretty much everywhere here.
