A: Adobe Reader 7 is free and can be downloaded off there website. I am a MCSE and A+ tech the best way is to just do a simple copy and paste, the features that Adobe Acrobat (full version) gives, allows you to just sent or has an icon in the tools bar when you want to convert spreadsheets or send word documents. The best thing is to open both programs and then just paste it were you wish it to be, or convert it in to a text document.
