Q: I live in England to do contract work but my home is in Gran Canaria
A: You don't say where you live, so it's hard to tell if you know the difference between C and F temperatures. Today, it was 29 C - thats somewhere in the upper 70s on the Fahrenheit thermometer. Summers are generally warm and sunny, with very few rainy days. Winters are cool, but snow is rare. If it happens (and it doesn't happen every year) it usually only lasts for a few days. The fall can be very wet and rainy, however, and there have been some very dreary Novembers. It's a beautiful place to live, however, and if you enjoy outdoor activities, you'll enjoy it year round. There are three ski hills just an hour away with great skiing from November usually through to March or April, and tennis courts and golf courses are hopen year round.
