Q: Where can I find an employer who would sponsor me for a job so that I can move to Canada.

A: For an employer to sponsor you, you would need a skill that they would be willing to invest the time & money into. I don't know what you were hoping to do in the way of employment. If you've got a certain skill (nurse, Doctor, engineer, teacher).....check the Internet for the trade association in British Colombia to get the names of potential employers. You could also check out this web site for the Government of British Columbia and see what they have available and what qualifications you would need..... http://www.gov.bc.ca/bvprd/bc/channel.do?action=theme&channelID=-8407&navId=NAV_ID_province&crumb=B.C.+Home&crumburl=%2Fhome.do Good luck!
