Working holiday in Canada - where do I start???

Q: I am an Australian citizen currently living in Britain and would like to go to Canada to work for 3 months during winter (start approx Nov/Dec 2007). I want to get work that has live in accommodation on, for example, a ski field...whistler or somewhere similar. I would prefer to get a job prior to getting to Canada but dont really know where or how to start.....any ideas?
