A: you are planning on driving the sea to sky highway everyday????? That is a 1.5- 2 hour drive each way depending on the weather/traffic and construction. The drive is beautiful, but it is nicknamed "the killer highway" because so many people are killed in car accidents on it. It is a really winding mountain road with awesome views of the ocean. Squamish was a logging/mill town, but it has grown a lot in the last 15 years. It is still a small city, I don't think that there really is a night life, but there are a few pubs. Most people would probably just go to whistler or vancouver to party. The lifestyle is very outdoorsy there are a ton of hiking trails, lakes, ocean (Kite surfing is huge) and places to climb and you are just over 30 minutes to Whistler.
