Q: BTW, which is the cleanest suburb of Vancouver?

A: Victoria would the cleaner city out of the two. There is no real industries there tp pollute the air. It is a tourist type of town, therefore cleaner in all ways. The cleanest suburb of Vancouver would have to be the British Properties of North Vancouver, because of the homes and the people who live there. Very upper class and exclusive.
