Q: i mean i just moved here....
A: Vancouver WA is just a suburb these days and suburban life is boring for anyone under say 40 unless you have a family. Start venturing into Portland, find some places you like to hang out a lot, and then start looking into costs of rent or buying closer to where you enjoy. That or take up some hobbies that aren't affected by rainy weather because we all know on the west coast that if you're hemmed in by rain then you'll never leave the house.
