what are places you got to see while in Vancouver, Canada.?

Q:

A: You didn't say the ages of the person/people visiting, so I'll just give you generic places to visit... Stanley Park. Rain or shine, it's a gorgeous park. There are some lovely trails through the park, the Vancouver Aquarium, and of course the seawall. The park has views, history and a variety of things to do. If it's raining, make sure to wear a water-proof jacket and footwear. Grouse Mountain. It's pricey to take the tram up, but the view is more than worth it. On a clear day you can see Vancouver Island, the gulf islands, Washington State, as well as the Greater Vancouver area. Robson Street. I wouldn't suggest going to the shops intending to buy - it's very expensive - but it's a wonderful place to window-shop. Metrotown - now if you or your company are younger and are wanting to shop, Metrotown is a very good mall to visit. It's huge, busy, and there's a variety of shops, shows and activities. Metrotown is in Burnaby just off of Kingsway. If you are taking the skytrain, the Metrotown station is the one you want. The seabus. I really think that seabus is one of our best-kept secrets. It's public transit, so the cost is relatively low (especially if you don't take it during peak times), but the view is amazing. The seabus goes between down-town Vancouver and Lonsdale Quay ("key") in North Vancouver. You get a great view of the down-down skyline, Stanley Park and the North Shore mountains (esp. on a clear day). On the other side is Lonsdale Quay which has more little shops and some wonderful bistros and restaurants. Well worth the trip!! The universities. Greater Vancouver has two major universities. UBC Campus is our in the western part of the City of Vancouver. It's past Kits and West Point Grey areas, so you have to go through some areas of vancouver that have lots of character to get to UBC. And UBC itself has a lot of older (by Vancouver standards) historical buildings. SFU campus is on top of Burnaby Mountain in north Burnaby. The buildings are far more modern looking (the campus was established in the 1960s) and there's the view from the mountain. those are a few places that I can think of. Have a good trip!
