Q: Can I see it in Vancouver? I live in an apartment, 18th floor in richmond, can I see it and when?
A: You can see it in tonight and tomorrow night. How much you'll be able to see in the city is debatable though. Much easier to see out in the country out of the lights. We're going to take the kids out tonight to what we can see too.
