Q: Me and a group of as many as 14 people will be coming to Vancouver canada between jan13 and 16 for a suniversity student event. The event is happening at UBC vancouver and we need a hotel that is affordable but still decent quality as close to UBC vancouver as possible. We would all probably be 2 to a room and would need 2 double beds to a room. Anyone have any ideas for me?
A: Check with the UBC student housing advisor - they have lists of accommodation at prices students can afford. Even though yours would be a short stay, they may well have some B and B type of places to stay. Or google up HelloBC.com for lists of hotels in that area.
