A: because it has everything you'd ever want. an ocean, lakes, mountains, wide open country for miles and miles. it's very laidback, people there know how lucky they are to be living in such a naturally beautiful place and they respect it. it's not a province filled with big cities, it's got a couple big good sized ones and then lots of small towns and lots of in betweeny sized towns. there's nothing bad to say about it. it's the most beautiful place in the world.
