2 days in Vancouver, what are some must-sees?

Q: Not only typical museums..but some restaurants/events/foods/places that one can only see in Vancouver. (Like Independence Hall or cheesesteaks in Philly).

A: Go to the Boathouse restaurant and have some good ol' BC Salmon! Also worth checking out are the Capilano Suspension Bridge, Stanley Park, and if you have time, whip up to Squamish to see the bald eagles on the Checamus River (the largest gathering point for bald eagles in the world). And if you go as far as Squamish (about a 45-60 minute drive), you might as well drive another 45-60 minutes to see Whistler. And Ron Paul, why would he go to Seattle and Tacoma? He's visiting Canada, not the US. Besides, he'd spend his entire day in the border lineups. And San Fran is a day and half's drive away.
