Q: I'm going to ski Whistler in late Jan for several days. I'll have a car and was thinking of exploring areas north of Whistler for a day or two. Does anyone have ideas or recommendations as to where to go, what to do and whether this is worthwhile? Not looking for nightlife etc., just looking to see and experience new terrain, meet some people and see what happens. Thanks
A: Brackendale has a the eagle reserve which is close to Squamish, also there is the The Chief a rock mountain that many climb to see there
