Q: is langley near to windsor a nice save place to live in quiet and good for children
A: there is a Langley that is a sub-burb of the city of Vancouver. Like almost every place on earth, it has it's good areas and nasty areas. It's a growing community, that has both residential and rural parts to it. I have family members that live in Langley and they quite like it.
