Where is the best place to see vancouver, BC at night?

Q: Im taking a friend of mine to vancouver in the next couple weeks and she loves the city lights. Where is the best spot to see vancouver from up high to see the lights?

A: Grouse Mountain is very good. Also the lookout at Harbour Centre downtown. There is a revolving restaurant there too. You can see Burrard inlet, Stanley Park, the Lions Gate bridge, downtown, False Creek and English Bay. QE park is a bit elevated but you can't see much of the city from here other than the immediate area and downtown buildings to the north.
