Q: We would like to move out to BC but find Vancouver way to expensive. Would like to live in a city that is commutable to Vancouver.
A: Go to mls.ca, click on B.C. then click on surrounding areas within an hour of Vancouver for real estate prices. All you need to do is enter what you are looking for,ie; 3 bedroom, 1 or more bathrooms etc, leave the price open to get all listings.Try the Hope area although that would be a very long daily commute. other suburbs of Vancouver include Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Langley, Abbotsford, to name a few.
