Q:
A: the big question is.. what time of day? You see... the Vancouver Airport is not actually in the city of Vancouver. It's in Richmond. Traffic can be kinda nuts at peak hours such as between 7am - 9am and again from 3pm to 6pm Mondays thru Fridays. In all actuality it's 16km away... and according to driving directions about a 28minute drive... but again that could easily turn into an hour or longer if traffic is bad. PLUS.. they are currently doing construction for the rapid transit service (skytrain)... so there might be delays in traffic as well. Plan for traffic accordingly and you should be golden.
