Q: We are moving to Nanaimo. What are the best neighbourhoods for a young family?
A: I have lived here my Whole Life (A whopping 20 Years lol) and grew up near N.D.S.S. - most areas around NDSS are great. Dont move into Harewood, or too close downtown. Though they are clearing up the Downtown Problems, if you have small/young kids I would recommend somewhere near NDSS or the Hospital. The North End is nice, expensive, but nice.
