Q: something that leads to cadets but for little kids i no there scouts but is there anything else? BC Richmond or vancouver
A: i don't think that there is anything like that. you have to be like 12 to actually start cadets. for ages 5-10, if ur child is a girl then she can join sparks, or possibly brownies or girl guides. if ur child is a little older for example 7 or so he or she can join scouts. for more info, try googling it.
