Q: how do can you get and how much time does it take to get to victoria and whistler from vancouver?

A: You can take a ferry from van to victoria (1hr 35min ferry trip) or you can fly (15min trip)...the ferry is about $11.00 if you are walking on, or about $72.00 for one person and a car. Helijet or a seaplane would be quite expensive....between $75-$200.00 each way. Ferry-you would have to drive, or take a bus from Vancouver to Delta (Ferry Terminal) and about 40 minutes drive (public bus is about 1hr 20mins ride) from Sidney (Ferry Terminal) into downtown Victoria. If you don't want to drive, or take public transit, you can take a Pacific Coach Lines bus from downtown Vancouver to downtown Victoria. Not exactly sure about getting to Whistler....might be a train. I know that the Pacific Coach Lines buses go there.
