Q: I'm gonna be doing some shooting. (not with a gun, a camera) and I need a golden Wheat field near Vancouver. Any locations that you know of? You know the same old story, like the one in gladiator scene where he walks through a wheat field. you know golden wheats as far as the eye can see?

A: Hmmm you may be out of luck. There are some large agricultural fields near Aldergrove/Langley and in Chilliwack/Abbottsford. However, this time of the year, most of the fields are mucky and wet. In season, those fields grow mostly corn, sunflowers, cranberries...no wheat. Just as the other person suggested, I would go to Saskatchewan to experience those types of wheat fields.
